He has been in and out of surgery and it is expected to be a long road to recovery. More information about his surgery is forthcoming.

5.18.2010 | Men's Tennis
New York, N.Y.— After a successful season in 2010 which saw them win 10 games for the second year in a row, several players from the John Jay men’s tennis team was honored by the City University of New York Athletic Conference as Josh Pagan (Douglaston, NY, Benjamin Cardozo), Dong Shao (Flushing, NY, Patchogue-Medford) and Derrick Chung (San Diego, CA, Rancho Buena Vista) were named conference first team All-Stars, while teammate Ben Jorgensen (New York, NY, Wooster) was named an Honorable Mention.

5.4.2010 | Men's Tennis
Flushing, N.Y.— The John Jay men’s tennis team fought valiantly, but came up just short as the Bloodhounds, the No. 3 seed for the 2010 City University of New York Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) men’s tennis championship, lost to No. 2 seed Hunter College 5-2 in the semifinal round of the tournament at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center on Tuesday evening.
