John Jay College of Criminal Justice recreation is dedicated to creating an educational environment, designed to ensure the widest range of opportunities for a multitude of abilities and interests. These opportunities will be provided by trained staff using quality equipment and facilities for competitive, social and instructional activities.
 


Membership fees as of September 1, 2010:

 
All of John Jay matriculated students (undergraduate and graduate) are granted FREE access to the recreation facilities with valid student ID, supported by Student Activities.

INTRAMURAL ACTIVITIES

Intramural sports range from competitive leagues where participants strive for championship title, to non-competitive leagues yielding social and fitness rewards. Intramural sport can only be successful with the participation of the students. All students of the college are allowed to sign up for these intramural events.

League play will consist of basketball, football and soccer teams.  Participants can sign up for the league play as a member of a team, or as an individual to be placed on a team.
